INTENTION

This is an invitation for self discovery; an opportunity to reconnect with your inner strength, your essence, your true self. Returning to your inherent wholeness creates a state of equilibrium and harmony, not only with yourself but also in connection with nature’s cycles and rhythms.

With one breath at a time and one movement at a time, our body will be strengthened, our nervous system purified and our mind will become more clear and balanced. A balanced mind allows us to shift our perspective on how we habitually see things, expand our awareness and live a life with more love and freedom.

Through deepening our connection to self, we will sharpen our ability to listen to our inner voice as it aligns with our true self, our higher purpose and ultimately joy, so that we may achieve our full potential as human beings.
